Lynn Valley Days Family Dance, North Vancouver Event

What is Lynn Valley Days?

Lynn Valley Days is a three-day summer kick-off celebration that first began 105 years ago. The three day North Vancouver event hosted by the Lynn Valley Lions Club brings together the community through food, dancing, parades and much more.

Starting on July 16th, The Lynn Valley Lion’s Club and partners will host a number of events with all proceeds going to the Club’s philanthropic efforts within the community. Some of the beneficiaries of the funds collected during the weekend will include The School PAC Fundraising Program, Easter Chocolates for Seniors, Seniors Housing, Low Income Housing, Christmas Hampers, Ocean Legacy and more.

Lynn Valley Days: Additional Events

The celebration events kick off on Friday, June 16th with the Lynn Valley Gala. This semi-formal gala will take place under the big tent on the Lynn Valley field, and will feature a cocktail reception followed by a three-course dinner, live music and dancing. Also on offer is a silent auction, 50/50 draw and a balloon raffle for those interested.

Following the Gala, on Saturday, June 17th, the Lynn Valley Parade and Fair will take place. This event is fun for the entire family, with games, a bouncy castle, dancing, puppet and magic shows, face painters and live entertainment. A pancake breakfast will also be served, and a Beer Garden will be accessible for those 19+. Throughout the day, local community groups and businesses will showcase their work in booths around the field, with lots of games to be played and prizes to be won!

Lynn Valley Lions Club x Mosaic

We’re delighted to have the opportunity to work with the Lynn Valley Lions Club, including teaming up earlier this month to refresh the landscaping within the Lynn Valley Housing Committee. From young and seasoned gardeners, green thumbs and brand-new horticulturalists, we had a full team out to help clear the garden, dig out the beds and plant new greenery.
