Coastal Living at Seaside

Seaside is Tsawwassen and everyone loves Tsawwassen. There’s a lot new happening here, and we’re excited to be a part of it. Below, we’ve listed some of our favorite things to do when living at Seaside and all within minutes from your front door.

Tsawwassen Springs Golf Course

Known best for the par 70 all-season golf course, Tsawwassen Springs is a full 5 minute drive from Seaside. So close, you might hear someone yelling four on a sunny Saturday morning. Also located on the grounds, is a recreation center which offers anything from yoga classes to physiotherapy. There’s also a restaurant and a coffee shop (with drive-through) nearby. We could get use to this vacation-style living.

Book your tee-time online and 7 days in advance.

Four Winds Brewing

While Four Winds Brewing might not be a five minute trek away, we assure you it’s worth the extra 10 minutes. Four Winds joined the growing BC craft beer scene in 2013 and has since been making waves within the community with their delicious brews. Priding themselves in new world innovations while staying true to old world techniques, their aim is to create bold craft beers with character, depth and balance.

Boundary Bay

Boundary Bay Regional Park is West Coast living at its finest. On one side, you have amazing walking and biking trails and on the other side you have the beach. We hear low tide is the best time to visit as you can walk out almost a kilometer offshore. Walk south along the beach and you’ll cross the Canada/US border towards Point Roberts. Put your toes on both sides of the 49th parallel.

Reifel Bird Sanctuary

One of the best places to enjoy the outdoors in Metro Vancouver is at the Reifel Migratory Bird Sanctuary in Delta, especially if you like bird watching. Even if you aren’t a bird watching fan, the George C. Reifel Migratory Bird Sanctuary is the perfect way to connect back with nature, especially between the spring and fall at the peak of migration seasons. The grounds are spectacular, you are going to want to bring your camera and maybe even a pair of binoculars.

Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal

Perhaps one of the best perks living at Seaside is the proximity to the Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal. With service to Victoria, Nanaimo and the Southern Gulf Islands, weekend getaways have never been easier. Don’t forget to check out the stunning 16,000 sq ft market-style facility at the terminal, its the perfect stop for a quick bite or even just to take in the sweeping views of the North Shore mountains.
